Introducing our BBQ Trailer and Catering Business, renowned for its slow-smoked barbecue crafted over genuine firewood. Baker’s BBQ & Catering is spearheaded by a dynamic Tampa Bay native couple, Stevie and Tijuana. Stevie's passion for barbecue ignited in his backyard, where he first used his custom-built pit smoker  to delight family and friends. Over the years, he has refined his skills as a pit master, mentored by his father, Harry, who was celebrated in Tampa for his southern BBQ served under the shade of a front yard tree. Tijuana, an elementary school principal, applies her leadership expertise in the kitchen, excelling in preparing southern comfort meals, alongside homemade side dishes and desserts.
